Once
you receive your custom teeth whitening trays
from our dental lab, proceed with the following
instructions:
Step
1: Whitening Procedure
-
Brush
and floss before and after each whitening treatment.
-
Place
a small bead of whitening gel about the size
of 1/2 of a pea, on the inside front of each
tooth reservoir. (see fig. 1 below)

Place
your trays one at a time into your mouth. (see
fig. 2 & 3 below)

- Remove
any excess gel around the gum line. (see fig. 4 &
5 below)
- It's
recommended that you wear your teeth trays 2-3 hours
per day

Step
3 : After Treatment
- Clean the
inside of the trays with a toothbrush and toothpaste or simply
place your trays in a glass of cold water.
- Occasional
sensitivity to cold water and air may occur with any tooth whitening
system. The vast majority of people will not experience sensitivity,
but if this occurs it is recommended that you reduce the frequency
or duration of each whitening application.

General
Information:
- Each syringe
contains enough teeth whitening gel for several treatments of
both the upper and lower trays. It is recommended that you use
up one full syringe completely before opening a new one.
- For the
best results during treatment, do not eat, drink, or talk while
the trays are on.
- If you
experience temporary whitening of the gums, this is an indication
of too much gel in each reservoir. Use less at your next application.
- Store the
trays and whitening gel in a dark, cool, dry place when not
in use. The gel will last 18 months in room temperature and
will last 3 years when refrigerated.
- The overall
number of whitening sessions depends on just how white and bright
you desire your teeth to be. Many people will be thrilled and
reach their desired whiteness after just a couple of sessions.
