This is What You'll Do When You Receive
Our Night Guard System!
Step
1: Identify Trays and Putty (Impression Materials).
Identify
the enclosed upper and lower trays and putty (impression
material)
Use
one putty pack per tray.

2: Mixing the Putty and Loading the Tray
Remove
the putty & rapidly mix the 2 colors together
with your fingers. (about 15 seconds)
Then
roll the mixture between your hands into a uniform
strand. (see fig. 1 & 2 below)
Evenly
push the material into all portions of the tray
as shown in figure 3.

Step
3: Taking the mold
From
start to finish, this step takes about 2.5 minutes, &
should be done in front of a mirror
Center
the tray with the front teeth close to the rim of plastic,
but not hitting the plastic & firmly press the upper
tray into your teeth until you feel the tips of your teeth
going through the putty material and lightly touching
the bottom inside of the plastic tray. (Do not bite into
it, simply press the upper tray into your teeth) (see
fig. 4 below)
Once
seated, do not move the tray until the putty sets.
Keep
your lips relaxed and loose.
When
seating the lower tray, follow the same steps, but
also keep your tongue towards the roof of your mouth.
Then once the tray has been firmly seated, relax your
tongue.

Once
removed, examine the mold. The impression should show
accurate details of your teeth. (see fig. 6 below)

Step
4: Mail
Place the
molds into the pre-paid envelope
and mail immediately.
Once received
by our lab, your molds will be used to professionally fabricate
your customized night guards.
