I've been meaning to write you an email!
Just to make sure the new nightguard is safe for my teeth,
I took it to the dentist yesterday. He said it looks fine,
and was amused with how I was able to get it! I'm still
getting used to how it feels, but the nightguard fits snugly
and has already started alleviating my headaches. I really
can't thank you enough.

So far, I am very pleased with my new night
guard. I've only had it a week or so. I like the flexible
material which is easier on the gums. My previous night
guards would sometimes aggravate my gums and cause some
swelling. My headaches are much less frequent so it's doing
it's job. It's extremely comfortable and being that's it
fits the lower teeth, much easier to talk and somehow seems
less intrusive. The customer service has been a pleasure.
My questions were answered in a timely manner, whether via
email or phone, and in a very professional and courteous
manner.

Dear Sir: I did want to take a minute to
tell you how pleased i am with your nightguard. I love the
soft plastic. It is much better than the hard plastic that
dentists were using 5 years ago. Maybe they still are. I
appreciated the second chance on making the mold I had to
redo it but knowing that i had another chance was very comforting.
I am pleased that you are not pushing the price up just
because dentists are charging an unconscionable amount for
something they do very little work. again thank you and
i shall use you again and certainly will recommend you to
